Make the respective staff to make their own coffee / tree whenever they wants. Ready to mix packs are available.

Make the supplier to do this job one or two times a day.
Serving Water / Tea / Biscuits to Staff and Clients / Visitors
Now a days it a combined staff function who organize meeting.
Lay down the Lunch (brought from the Canteen)
Have a lunch room for the staff to take their lunch and make them to understand that it is their responsibility to lay down the lunch and wash their plates and keep it in the specified place.
This is happening in almost all the establishments.
