during job period regular mode degree is in valid

Dear Sir,

I have been working in a private limited company for eleven years. Recently, I secured a job in a State Government undertaking. As I obtained my first graduation degree with low marks, I pursued a second graduation degree through regular mode from a university in a remote area. I was hired based on my second degree. However, I am concerned that my new employer may discover my previous job through my employment history and dismiss me.

I seek your advice on how to handle this situation. Is my second degree considered valid for my current position?

Thank you for your guidance.

Your degree is valid. Thus, there is no question of doubting its validity. The question is about the mode of acquiring it. You have to explain it with a convincing answer should the need arise.
