Closing of pf code - documents required and procedures to be followed?

With reference to the above cited subject, would like to know the procedure for pf code closure of the contractor who is passed away.
Kindly let us know the documents required and procedures to be followed.
We have been depositing Rs 100 challan monthly as administrative charges . as the contract is closed.

You can submit a closure letter of PF Code enclosing your supporting documents to the PF Office
like documentary evidence of your closure of the unit, such as, surrendering of licencse, electricity connection, and closure intimation to the different departments (Inspector of Factories & etc.)

We have a letter for labour dept in order to close & refund of license deposit of license, death certi of contractor, a letter to bank for closing current account in name of contractor.
is this sufficient??
