Need to Withdraw PF After Switching Jobs: What's the Process?

I have left my previous organization and joined a new organization the next day. I have completed 2 months in the new organization. My previous UAN is now tagged with the new organization. I have some personal debt that I want to clear, and I am looking to withdraw my PF for the same. Could you please let me know the procedure for PF withdrawal?

While in continuation of service, you are not entitled to withdraw your EPF accumulation even if you change jobs. If there is a break or unemployment of a minimum of two months between two employments, withdrawal is possible by providing a declaration that the member has not been employed for more than two months.

Eligibility for EPF Advance

A member is eligible for an advance against their accumulation subject to certain conditions. There should be a minimum of 5 years of contributions to EPF. The member needs to apply for an advance by providing and justifying the reason for such a request.

My previous company EPF number is AP/29363/1613. How can I see the passbook and withdraw the amount? The EPF is not linked to my UAN. Please give suggestions.
