Facing Form 10C Rejection: How Can I Withdraw My Full Amount as a Chronic Kidney Patient?

My name is Renjith, and I have resigned from my organization after 14 years of service. My Form 10C was rejected because I did not opt for the scheme certificate, but I have now learned that it is compulsory after 10 years of service. I am a chronic kidney patient and have no chance to receive a pension after 58 years .

In this case, is there any option to withdraw the full amount?

After 10 years of service, any employee pension amount will be received when the person's age is equal to or more than 58 years. You have to wait for the total amount of your pension. However, you have the opportunity to apply for a loan/partial PF withdrawal/total amount of your PF contribution without the pension for purposes such as marriage, medical emergencies, house construction, land purchase, etc. This loan can be up to 50% of your contributions throughout your service. The remaining amount can only be received after reaching retirement age.

From your post, it seems that you have withdrawn the PF amount but could not withdraw the Employees Pension Scheme contribution. After 9.5 years of service, you cannot withdraw the EPS amount. You have to take a scheme certificate, in which, when filling out the application, you need to mention family details and click on the Scheme Certificate option.

At the age of 50 years, you can apply for early pension, where every year until the age of 58, 4% of the amount is reduced from your pension due amount.
