How Much Percentage should deduct for ESIC

Hello Dear
Can anyone please guide me that how much percentage we should to deduct in ESIC contribution of gross salary per month.
Let's suppose - There is one employee whose monthly salary is 20,000 pm so then how much percentage of 20,000 (of Monthly salary) i should to dedcut in ESIC contribution.

Dear Sir,
You have to deduct 1.75% of 20000/- from the employee and 4.75% of 20000/- from the Employer Share, i.e Rs. 350/- from Employee and Rs. 950/- from employer.

Dear Friends,
Just I would like to add to above as under:
In newly implemented area, the rate of contribution is employee share 1% & employer share 3% from October 2016 onwards for the initial 2 years from the date of implementation.

cause once i am preparing salary there in master data sheet ESIC deduction percentage is asking
