I will be working with my (CEO) to develop a message for our New Hire welcome video and the CEO message for new hires in the employee handbook. I’d like to ask that you be a part of helping me compose some messaging. Dear colleague,

Some of the points for CEO's message to new hires which predominantly occur to me are:

* From the inception, how company has progressed so far and it's future plans of growth trajectory.

* Role of employee contribution in the growth.

* Importance company gives to innovation, quality of the product and customer focus .

* Practice of open, transperant culture and team work.

* Outsmart competition in finding newer ways of building competitive edge.
