Two pensions - One pension is from after the death of husband and second after her retirement?

husband and wife both the working as a govt. job. after the death of husband,his wife is getting a pension. but now woman is retired from govt.job and she is getting a pension.
Is it possible she is getting two pensions?

yes, both are from different accounts and her own pension is from EPS but the husband's pension is from FPS
