Further Study - PGDM/Full time MBA/Distance Learning

Hi Members,
I am working in a IT Company as a HR Executive. And I have a 2.5 years of experience in HR of two companies. But I have done M.com only in 2016. And now I want to continue my further study in HR for better carrier.
Please suggest what i do like PGDM or full time MBA or distance learning?

Hi,
In my view, you have already completed masters(PG), so you really do not need to take up any other course for "better career growth".
You need to change your job for higher salary and designation so that you can face new challenges.
