Create a proper salary breakup which includes HRA, TA, other allowance, PT?

Can anyone help me to create a proper salary breakup which includes HRA, TA, other allowance, PT.
Also I want to create a new breakup which includes Mediclam of employee provided by company as well as TDS deduction and how will it be calculated.

I would like to know which extra certifications will boost my career in HR?
I am having 1 year of experience in recruitment and 1 year into Generalist profile. I opted for HR carrer after completing my computer Engineering.
I am planning to do certification but I am not sure which Certification will be beneficial at the moment to improve and boost my career.

I am working in Startup Company and I am not much aware about Appraisals process and salary management and training development . It would be really helpful if someone can guide me
