Seeking Advice: How Can I Enhance My HR Skills Beyond Recruitment and Payroll?

I completed my graduation (BSc MPC) in 2002 and worked as a school teacher until 2006. In 2006, I joined a software company in the resource management (Business Wait) team and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2018, I worked in an infrastructure company in the HR Department and was relieved as an Assistant Manager – HR. I completed my MBA – HR in 2010 and am well-versed in MS Office, internet browsing, and Excel formulas.

Skills Covered in HR

Please advise on how to improve my skills in HR, as during my tenure, I have covered only the following parts in HR:

1) Recruitment
2) Payroll (Excel)
3) PF/ESI/Contract Labour Acts

The major areas missing in your CV are experience in Industrial Relations, grievance management, as well as career planning and performance management. You may look for opportunities to develop yourself in these fields.
