How do i make a compliant against my employer to labor department?

Can I make a complaint over email / Online with relevant attachments? Pls advise.

First, discuss your grievance with your employer. He is the one who has to give a good certificate in case of you resign. Even after, if it is an individual grievance, and you are very much agitated, want to fight with an employer, you may approach the Labour Department. I am not sure on line facilities availability , for readdress individual grievance at Bangalore or not!

I resigned on 3rd Dec 2018 .. According to the company policy FnF had to be released in 90 days..
It has been more than 120 days still HR is saying FNF is under process..
How to deal With this issue?
