Kritarth Team's Guide: Industrial Relations, as the Nomenclature suggests, is about Harmonious, Helpful and Happy Relationships between and amongst the Stake-Holders namely the Employer (read Management Team), the Employed Persons and Employee's Unitedness , as it were and is founded on "Humane Touch" and "Coming Together, Staying Together and Working Together."
To achieve the state, the Stake-Holders Only Need to be "Sensitive" and "Sensible". Hence, Legalism is never Needed as in course of Work the concerned Persons/Entity become familiar with Provisions of applicable Employment-related Laws, to carry forward their Missions.
