How we can the name of employeer and add in 5A form

Dear Senior.
i want to know that how we change and add the name of employer in form No 5A in PF site.

For PF , you can upload new form 5A/edit existing and send copy of the same to concern PF Office with supporting documents and covering letter. This is the process to be followed.

Pl. just go to epf website where you may chnage the occupier/manager by filling the details and also need to upload supporting documents. after this take a printout of same and submit it to dept.

EPFO has directed the employers to submit Form 5A online only vide its circular dated 25.01.2018.
Submission of or editing of Form 5A online is very easy. Unless you try it, you will not come to know. It seems the query is raised without try and answers are given very casually without knowing the process.
