Rejection of form 19 for final pf settlement - DOUBLING OF CLAIM ID/OK?

I have submitted two copies of the composite claim form manually at the PF office. In the claim status, Form 10C is under process, and Form 19 is rejected, with the reason being displayed as "DOUBLING OF CLAIM ID/OK." What does it mean, and what should I do?
