Struggling with Multiple UANs: How Can I Consolidate My PF and EPS Accounts?

I really need help to get my PF and EPS amount under one UAN Number. Here are the details.

Employment History and UAN Issue

I joined Company A on 02/01/2014, and a PF account was created. In 2015, Company B took over Company A. As Company B was in a different region, a new PF account was created. The PF was not transferred from Company A to Company B. Both Company A's PF account number and Company B's PF account number are under the same UAN. I left Company B on 03/10/2016. I joined Company C on 05/10/2016, and a new PF account was created. I asked HR to transfer the PF from my previous organization, but HR made a mistake, and the PF was not transferred, resulting in a new UAN being created. So now, I have two UAN numbers—one for Company A & B and one for Company C. I joined Company D on 25/04/2018, and a new PF account was created.

Current Objective

What I want to do now is:

1. Keep UAN number 1 active (as KYC is completed) and transfer the Company C PF/EPS under this UAN.
2. I have provided UAN 1 to Company D.

The problem is that I do not have any of Company EPS numbers to transfer EPS. Kindly suggest what I should do.

EPS funds would not be transferred. You can obtain a scheme certificate for each of your EPS accounts to access the benefits of the Pension.
