PF amount was wrongly submitted to another PF account

This is to inform you that my PF amount was wrongly submitted to PF account of SHRI KRISHAN, from the month of March 2014 to Aug, 2015. So, the submitted amount in Shri Krishan Account (PF no. DSNHP00294880000000267 /UAN no. 100353705361) belongs to MS. Swati (PF no. DSNHP00294880000000322 UAN no. 100605695742)
As discussed with HR department of Instapower Ltd, many of the times since 2015), there is no helpful response on this matter.

I will be very grateful if you can help me out on this matter as soon as possible.

Employer must correct the contribution, if employer not helpful then asked for form 3A from date of joining and take certification by employer.
Put application with all details to concern PF office in which PF code has been issued for rectificatiion.

You need to prepare a txt file of ecr (new format) month wise with correct figures, take it on pen-drive and submit to your EPFO with covering letter requesting correction.
