How Can I Resolve My PF Amount Being Wrongly Credited to Someone Else's Account?

This is to inform you that my PF amount was wrongly submitted to the PF account of SHRI KRISHAN from March 2014 to August 2015. The submitted amount in Shri Krishan's account (PF no. DSNHP00294880000000267 / UAN no. 100353705361) actually belongs to Ms. Swati (PF no. DSNHP00294880000000322 UAN no. 100605695742).

Despite discussions with the HR department of Instapower Ltd on multiple occasions since 2015, there has been no helpful response on this matter.

Below are the details of both employees:

Employee Name: Shri Krishan

I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance on this matter.

Employers must correct the contribution. If the employer is not helpful, then ask for Form 3A from the date of joining and obtain certification from the employer. Submit an application with all the necessary details to the concerned PF office where the PF code has been issued for rectification.

Dear Queriest,

You need to prepare a text file of ECR (new format) month-wise with correct figures, save it on a pen drive, and submit it to your EPFO with a covering letter requesting correction.
