I want to make a presentation on soft skill for our staff. I am working in a hospital and I am supposed to give training in soft skills. Can you please help me in this. What could be a good topic to give 30 mins presentation. If you have any materials on a particular topic, please share it with me.

Training and Development is part of employee involvement in an organisation's and individual's growth. It is supposed to benefit both the employee and the organisation. In thirty minutes even a magician cannot produce anything.
Training is a continuous process. In any organisation, new employees keep joining and older employees retire or leave the job. Therefore, regular training is a must and should be part of your Job Role. I am planning to give a presentation on soft skills. For that purpose I wanted to know on what topics i could possibly give a presentation and the relevant materials. Participants will be nurses, lab technicians, staff from maintenance department etc.
