I need guidance in this aspect. I am not new to Recruiting - done that for over 19 years. However when it comes to Campus placements I see that there is a lot of gimmick and magic plying around. I feel the candidates from the Universities and Colleges who are excited to step into a real career from their Campus itself deserve more than just a promise or a consultant assurance.
When it comes to getting to the Companies - executives changing roles or company itself or no proper channel for institutions to approach them, makes it difficult or impossible for the Campus Placement Event to be a success.
Please guide or suggest me as to how to gather the "real" contacts from Companies who look into Campus Placements. Around 36 Universities / Colleges in Pune looking for campus recruitment in the first week of June 2018 and I have only 6 genuine Companies as of yet. Quite a predicament! Any help is highly appreciated.
