However, when it comes to campus placements, I see that there is a lot of gimmickry and magic at play. I believe that candidates from universities and colleges who are eager to start a real career right from their campus deserve more than just promises or assurances from consultants.
When it comes to connecting with companies, the constant turnover of executives, changes in roles, or lack of proper channels for institutions to reach out make it challenging, if not impossible, for campus placement events to succeed.
Could you please guide me on how to establish genuine contacts with companies that focus on campus placements? There are around 36 universities and colleges in Pune seeking campus recruitment in the first week of June 2018, and so far, I have only managed to secure commitments from six reputable companies. This is quite a predicament! Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
