Is the XLRI Executive Diploma in HRM Worth It for NRIs Returning to India?

Dear seniors,

I would like to know your comments on the Executive Diploma in HRM offered by the XLRI UAE chapter. This program is conducted by the faculty of XLRI (evening 7-10) in Dubai, UAE. The cost of the program is 20,000 dirhams (approximately two lakhs ten thousand rupees) for an 8-month course with certification from XLRI India. Have any of you completed this program? Do you have an idea of the value it holds, especially for NRIs returning with this certification and its market value?

I have attended the introductory program. The option is yours; XLRI deserves that kind of money for the tag and teaching. It adds value to your profile.

I also came across a few American universities offering MBA part-time at the rate of 900 dhs per month for one year.

I am interested in pursuing this "Executive Diploma in HRM" from XLRI. Please let me know if this is a good program. I am an MBA and have about 5 years of experience. Please advise if this would give me any value addition.
