New Company HR Challenge: How Do I Start Implementing PF and ESI?

I have joined a new company. The company is also newly established. I joined as HR. The company doesn't have PF and ESI.

We want to introduce PF and ESI in my company. Could you please tell me how to approach?

Before introducing the PF and ESIC in your organization, you need to ensure the applicability. For PF, it is 20 or more employees, and for ESIC, it is 10 or more employees.

Further, ESIC and PF registration have become online. You need to apply for them through the online process. If you encounter any difficulties, you may seek help from ESIC and PF consultants.
