I think the Members should not give any advise or entertain to the posts which gives half information.
In most of the cases we find that the employees are doing injustice to employers. Till the time they are unemployed, organisations are like Gods to them. Once they secured employment and gain some experience they forget all the efforts, training, facilities, opportunities the companies have given to them and trying to comparing themselves with their seniors. By gaining 6 months to 1 year experience they fill they are equivalent to the GM of the organisation. Loyalty, sincerity, integrity these words are not in their dictionary but they want free advise from HR Forum. If company terminates these characters, company is at fault. But when they leave without any notice and or intimation, still they expect company should fair with them and co-operate.
