Please suggest ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for the IT company - which is ideal?

In our company we are using the cloud work time tracking system. It track the active and idle hour of individual employees. It also give reports like; how much time you spent on each files/ documents, FB, You tube, etc. In short, whatever you do in your PC/ Laptop, it track every thing.

We are looking for the online application which helps us automate our recruitment system example candidate apply online and the data goes to the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and we can assign the candidate to different recruitment team members to follow up as well as we can collaborate with the candidate and update all the candidate relevant data in ATS.
