Partial withdrawal of pf amount for construction of house

Hi all,
Recently I changed my job and I am yet to transfer the pf amount from my old pf account to new pf account.
Meanwhile can I do a partial withdrawal of pf amount for construction of house or should I wait till the money is transferred to my new pf account.

House renovation or alteration 5 years from completion of house
Marriage 7 years
Medical treatment Not required
before applying your claim check with your concern staff in your company or check with your concern EPF Office.
