Rehiring a Former Employee: What Are the Policies and How Is Salary Decided?

Shweta1209
If an employee left the job over a year ago and now wishes to rejoin, are there any policies regarding their rejoining? Also, how will the salary be determined for the employee - based on their last withdrawal from our organization or their most recent withdrawal from their current employer?
