Regarding Rejoining of Employee - salary issue

If Employee Left the job before a year ago and now he/she want to join again. If there any policy regarding his/ her rejoining.
And What will be the salary decide for the employee? like last withdrawn from our side or last withdrawn of his/her from current organisation?

If you are hiring an employee, who left the job one year ago, it self shows that, your need/ your positive opinion on her skills. When such candidate is being considered , normally it is the present market rate / last drawn salary from the present company, is being considered.
