My question is, does my company show overtime as an incentive, and is it credited at the time of salary payment? Are these incentives payable under ESIC?

My question is whether my company provides increments to employees in the form of incentives on a monthly basis. I would like to know if there is any ESIC liability associated with these incentives.

The ESIC rules consider all monthly and bi-monthly payments as salary. So in your case, it would be necessary for the company to pay ESIC on the incentive amount.
