Salary not Being Paid by Company - asked to leave by HR on grounds of non performance

Hi, I worked with a sales company in Okhla, and I was asked to leave by HR on grounds of non-performance. However, the communication was verbal, and I was not notified about it via email. I had just received a basic PIN without any deadlines or targets to be achieved a week back from the verbal communication.

Also, I have not yet resigned from the company. When asked to clear my salary, the HR tells me that I have to receive payment from a client before they will pay me. The client hasn't paid since January; why would he pay now (May)? Please advise on how to get my salary from them; it is my hard-earned money.

I had completed 11 months in the company and was working in the mid-level management.
