I am working in an MNC company on a contract basis for 2 years. Our contractor does not provide any offer letter, joining letter, or payslip. I want to leave the company without serving the notice period. Is there any possibility?
When your employer (Contractor) has not provided you an offer letter mentioning the terms and conditions of employment, it is justified that you can leave your employment without any notice!
