Setting up an office library - email to all our employees in order to let them know

We are about to start a small library at our office, would you please suggest some books in HR, sales, finance, business, self improvement & skills, technical (electrical engineering) .. etc. and I have to write an email to all our employees in order to let them know about this library and to ask them to send us their recommendation, could you please help me with a professional email to send?
