Hi Sir/Madam,
I submitted my original documents to the third-party company at the time of the offer. They said they would provide it after one month following verification. I joined their client company on 02 May and was not able to adjust due to the timings. So, I talked to the third-party HR, and they said I have no option but to serve a three-month notice period or pay the equivalent salary. However, I did not sign any bond, and I did not have any such agreement. Feeling anxious, I continued to work, but when the client inquired about the situation, they understood and released me from my duties.
Now, the third party is insisting that I pay the three months' salary, or else they will not provide me with the certificates. I suggested they assign me to another client to fulfill my notice period, but they are not considering this option and are only demanding payment. What should I do?
