Leave Wage as 6.73% on earned Basic+DA with monthly wage?

I am working in Security services office. We have providing Leave Wage as 6.73% on earned Basic+DA with monthly wage on client requirement. Please let me know the calculation of 6.73% and is there any Govt. Order against this? Please reply to me asap.

Dear Anand,
You can refer the shops and establishments Act of Telangana or AP for deriving at the figure.
Paying 6.73% is no where correct. Employers mostly pay the full Basic +DA per day as leave wages.
