What is the basis to make the calculation of maternity leave payments?

Ms. A is working in our office. She is pregnant. We want to pay her maternity leave. please suggest to me how to calculate.

Dear colleague,
1 MB Act applies to the Commercial Establishment and others if you have 10 or more employees working or worked on any day during during preceding 12 months
2. ML is paid leave granted for 26 weeks of which 8 weeks preceding due date of delivery and 18 weeks post delivery.
3. Medical bonus of Rs 3500/- is to be paid in addition to ML.
