Full And Final Settlement [Thread 598836]

If employee not come to take Full and final settlement what we have to do. if we pay to LWF depart how many days we have to wait

Send Registered letter to his lost known address. Still no response you may have to deposit with Labour Welfare Fund Organisation at the year end.

Dear Mr Vasant,why Employee has not come to collect his F&F.Why you should not Credit Electronically? you have to be proactive as an Employer in giving F&F due to Employees.There are various options to send Money.Please let me know your grievance in detail.The date when Payment became due? Employer can hold the same for 3 Years
