Recently, I joined as an HR Officer at a newly opened automobile parts manufacturing company with a staff strength of 150. Prior to this role, I worked in a non-IT company as an HR executive.

Could you please provide information on the Labour Acts in Karnataka that are applicable to automobile manufacturing? Additionally, I would like to know about the necessary books and records that need to be maintained during a labor inspection.

6. Labour Welfare Fund Act
7. Employees' Provident Fund Act
