PF fund Pension fund not transferred to my new account - can get that pension fund amount?

I want to know that I changed companies in 2015. At that time, I transferred my PF balance to my new company. However, the Pension Fund was not transferred to my new account. Can I still receive the pension fund amount? If yes, please let me know the procedure for it.

The pension amount does not get transferred. You can either close the account if your service is less than 10 years or you can get a scheme certificate for the same.
