I have joined Capgemini 3 months before. This is my 3rd company & I have 3 years of experience. My first company is sole proprietorship small company with 2-3 employees which provides me salary in cash & at that time I badly required that job as I have over 2 years gap after graduation. I don't have form 16. Now company asking me for bank statement & form 16 of that company which I don't have now what should I do, I am very ethical person & very transparent with CG from start. Please suggest me.

Hi,
I suggest you be honest as you are ethical person and nothing wrong in being true at the upfront and reveal the case to the present employer.
When you cannot get the details how would you furnish them?
If the second company has provided the documents, submit them.

I have revealed the case to my present employer that I have received salary in cash & doesn't have form 16. The company has asked me to write a mail to that previous company owner & ask for confirmation of joining date, relieving date, designation, reason for job change.
They also want documents such as shop act license, company PAN Card, registration number & certificate. I asked the owner but he told that the documents are not present as it is small firm. Do they not count my experience at that companyas the documents are not available? What should I do now? I haven't provided any falsified information to my current employer. Waiting for the reply
