Please suggest how I can find out my PF account details. I worked for about 2 years in the same company and absconded due to some reason. I am not sure where my PF was deducted. Now, I wish to withdraw my amount. Is it possible? How can I get my details without providing information to the company? Will my PF account remain the same if I restart my career in the future?

Another question from my friend's side: He also absconded due to some reason, so his F&F is still pending. He doesn't know his PF details either. He worked from 2009 to 2011. Is it possible for him to now receive the release amount and transfer it to his savings account?

Obtaining PF Account Details and Withdrawal Process

Your PF account details can be obtained from the PF office provided you have your PF number. However, for the withdrawal of your earlier PF accumulation, you need Form-19 duly cleared by the employer along with contribution details for the year you left the company. The earlier employer may only delay the process of submitting the Form-19, whereas you may submit the Form-19 directly to the PF office, duly attested by a notary authority. The PF office can forward your claim to the principal employer for details and can help you to get the PF accumulations.
