Confused About Transferring My Pension Fund Without Knowing the Account Number?

Pension Fund Transfer Query

My PF was deducted by Ranbaxy Mohali and submitted to a trust account in Delhi. I joined the company in 1991 and left in 2008. My PF was settled through the company and transferred to my bank account. However, I am unsure about my pension fund. I know the pension was submitted at the EPFO office in Chandigarh. Ranbaxy is currently unable to detect the issue.

My query is, how can I transfer this pension account to my existing company when I do not know the pension account number? Please help me.

Dear Mr. Kumar Sanjay,

Please contact the trustees of your previous employer and submit PF Transfer Form #13 (Revised) to be forwarded to EPFO-Chandigarh for transferring your EPS account to your current EPS account. You should have initiated this action in 2008 itself. Nevertheless, kindly submit your transfer form.
