How Do I Transfer EPFO Members from Our Gujarat Plant to the New Odisha Plant?

I am working in a manufacturing company. We started a new plant in Odisha, and some employees transferred from our Gujarat Plant to the Odisha Plant. I want to know the process of transferring EPFO members from Gujarat to the Odisha Establishment. We have already taken new registration in the Odisha EPFO office.

As the same organization transfers, it is easy for you to deal with this query. As the same employer, you may ask employees to apply for the transfer of their PF amount online in case all KYC's are updated. Otherwise, ask them to fill the hard copy format and submit the same to the PF office. The process can be done only after processing the first month's salary of the employee and contributions submitted to the PF office on their respective UAN numbers.
