Hello, I have a total experience of 8 years and 3 months, which is 99 months, with FIS Global Business Solutions Pvt. Limited (Gurgaon, Udyog Vihar - 4). Joining date: 17 Aug 2009. Employee contribution: 750 Rs. From Aug 2009 to Dec 2014, my PF contribution was submitted to EPFO only. I was promoted to Team Leader effective Jan 2015, and since then, my PF has been taken care of by FIS Global as they are an Exempted Establishment. I resigned in Nov 2017 and applied for PF in Feb 2018. I received an amount of 38,000 Rs from EPFO. However, this amount is incomplete because according to the EPFO website, my contribution is as follows: - Employee Share: 67,127 Rs - Employer Share: 21,457 Rs - Pension Contribution: 30,887 Rs. Starting from Jan 2017, FIS took care of my PF, and they disbursed an amount of 63,744 Rs. FIS claims that they have disbursed the full amount. Please advise.
