Confused About My PF Claim Status: Settled but No Details on Dispatch or Transfer?

EzhilrajS
I raised the online PF claim by April 12th, and it moved to under process. Later, someday I checked the status using this link (https://passbook.epfindia.gov.in/MemClaimStatusUAN/) in which one of my claims shows as settled but no dispatch date or dispatch amount or NEFT transfer initiated or not. The other claim status shows N/A. But in my passbook, it shows that the amount is withdrawn. Can someone help me with this?

Hey, it has happened with me as well.

I see you posted on May 1st this year. Could you please provide an update on what happened with you afterwards?

Hi, same here. I got the status today in the morning stating that the claim got settled, but no information about the total amount dispatched and date of dispatch has been updated. I hope I may get it updated in the next 2 working days.

Hi all,

I have no idea why, after 4 working days, the status remains the same as "claim settled," but there is no information about the total amount approved, the dispatched date, or NEFT. I raised a grievance and uploaded the status screenshot into the portal.

Hope it will get resolved by today evening.

Hi all,

When you apply for withdrawal, it will show as "under process," and then you will see a "Claim settled" message in your portal. After that, within three to four working days, your money will be credited to your account. If it takes more than a week, you can raise a complaint. However, this is a general process of the PF office.
