Hi,
You can apply for jobs for the position of HR Generalist at junior level. As currently, you are working as a IT recruiter, you might be handling support functions like salary benchmarking , CTC breakups,Employee Induction ,Manpower planning based on Company business plan,MIS ,HR documentation etc.you can incorporate all this in your resume as this will help you a gain a HR support in generalist function.
