Can I Withdraw My Pension Contribution After 4 Years with My Current Employer?

Please guide me if I am working in an organization for 4 years, therefore, can I be able to withdraw my PF with Pension contribution or not? What are the criteria for MP Govt for withdrawal of the pension part?
