Dear Sir,

Please guide me if I am working in an organization for 4 years, therefore, can I be able to withdraw my PF with Pension contribution or not? What are the criteria for MP Govt for withdrawal of the pension part?

Are you working in the Government of Madhya Pradesh? If so, you would be covered under the General Provident Fund Rules of the Madhya Pradesh Government. The Madhya Pradesh GPF Rules state, "FINAL WITHDRAWAL OF ACCUMULATIONS IN THE FUND 29. When a subscriber quits the service, the amount standing to his credit in the Fund shall become payable to him." Accordingly, you are eligible. However, you may consult an experienced person in this regard.

Yes, you can. If you have left the company and afterward if you are not working anywhere in India after a 2-month period, then you can claim PF and Pension amounts. For this, you have to fill up Form No. 19 for PF Contribution and Form 10-C for the Pension Amount.
