Understanding PF Rules for Project Staff on a 3-Year Assignment in India: What Are Your Experiences?

Hi. I am an HR Officer with a TB project. We have around 200 staff across 5 states in India. I would like to know if PF rules apply to project staff if the project duration is 3 years. If yes, will both employer and employee PF be deducted from the employee's salary.

PF would be applicable, and only the employee's share can be deducted from the salary of employees. The employer's share has to be borne by the organization separately.
