PF for project staff if the project duration is 3 years?

Hi. I am an HR Officer with a TB project. We have around 200 staff across 5 states in India. I would like to know if PF rules apply to project staff if the project duration is 3 years. If yes, will both employer and employee PF will be deducted from employee's salary.

PF would be applicable and only the employee share can be deducted from salary of employees and the employer share has to be borne by the organisation separately.
