HR Functions In IT Industry

Hi,
I have learned personal management and labour laws. Later i been to recruitment functions now i want to update myself in general HR functions also.
Can anybody help me how to go head. Have got an idea about HR functions in IT industry but i feel that is not enough.
Can anybody help me for the same.

U can have a better chance to concentrtate on Core HR like Employee relations,Training and developtment,leave card,attendence,joining formalties,employee beneficals,tec
so u can step into one division first and then move simply to one and other

Hi,
If you are already into HR Dept, request your seniors that you want change in job .........and then you can get trained in Core HR.....
If u think u need proper training,u can do any kind of certifications(for six months or 1 year) and then search for Core HR Jobs.
Core HR Consists o Joining formalities,Exit formalities,Time mgt,Payroll,Building maintanance & Empl Welfare.

Thanks for your suggestion. I have joined in a product development company.
Now am concentrating in core HR FUNCTIONS.Now they asking me to do HR Policy, can anyone guide me.
