I am the only person in the HR department handling hiring, payroll, exit procedures for employees, and some HR generalist activities. I would like to request something from you all: in my company, we have started deducting PF and ESIC. The management is not willing to cover the employer contributions, so we have begun deducting both the employee and employer contribution amounts from their CTC. However, we did not mention this in their offer letters.
