Pf-ESI online procedure - please provide me guidance and knowledge

My self Ramesh from Jamnagar(Gujarat), i have 30+ year's of experience in P & A domain, but not gained the knowledge of PF and ESI through online as it is subjected to online as per the specified departments, so here i saw a golden msg from you, so please provide me guidance regarding pf and esi.

Hi All,
on Mar'18 ECR we paid the challan for two times due to payment confirmation msg happened the our portal on 13th of this month but amount not deducted from our account so we again generated ECR challan and done the payment after done the payment we recognized the 1st challan amount also deducted after few hours.
How to recovery one challan amount from pf office. If there is any process Please advice.
