Due to shortage of skilled Labour, we are planning to go for in house training program where in trainees will be given training for a minimum period of 3 months and maximum of 6 months. After training period subject to their performance and availability of position we may take them for company's appointment. Request you to kindly upload a good trainee appointment letter format.
