I worked in XXX MNC for 11 months and then joined another YYY MNC; it's been nearly 5 years with the company. Now I have received an offer from ZZZ company. How will the background check (BGC) happen for XXX MNC company? I don't have any contacts or email IDs of anyone there, except for payslips and a Termination Letter citing fake and fabricated documents. Please help me by providing suggestions regarding this.
