My hearty wishes to all the HR people. I feel glad to be in this forum. I am a final year MBA student in the stream of HR. Now, my final year project is "The Existence of HR Analytics in the Human Resource Department." I request all the HR people to help me out to finish my project successfully. I have taken a brief look at the questionnaire and would like to know the aim and objectives of your study. Could you kindly tell us why you want the email ID, mobile number, etc., details of respondents? How will you use the information collected and of what use will it be for the respondents.

I wonder why you like to be anonymous and at the same time want respondents' personal details!!
